The purpose of this policy is to protect the performance, availability, security, and reliability of Trac for all customers and Integration Partners.

2. Fair use

Users must use Trac in a reasonable, responsible, and proportionate manner consistent with the agreed purpose, documentation, and technical requirements.

Limits may vary by integration, customer, partner, or service tier.

5. Monitoring

Caterlytix may monitor usage to detect excessive use, misuse, security risks, errors, or abnormal activity.

6. Management of excessive use

Where usage is excessive, Caterlytix may:

  • contact the relevant customer or partner;
  • request changes to integration behaviour;
  • apply additional limits;
  • throttle usage;
  • suspend or restrict access;
  • apply additional charges where agreed.

7. Third-party systems

Usage may also be restricted by third-party system limits or requirements.

Caterlytix is not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party systems.
