

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of Trac.
1. Permitted use
You may use Trac only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with the applicable agreement, order form, documentation, and legal terms.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Trac, systems, accounts, data, APIs, or networks;
- interfere with platform security, integrity, availability, or performance;
- introduce malware, viruses, worms, trojans, logic bombs, or harmful code;
- scrape, extract, harvest, or bulk-download data without authorisation;
- bypass authentication, consent, rate limits, permissions, or data scopes;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy Trac;
- use Trac to create or support competing services without written permission;
- use Trac in breach of applicable law or third-party system terms;
- upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, offensive, or infringing content;
- use Trac for service bureau, outsourcing, resale, or timesharing unless agreed in writing.
3. Data misuse
You must not:
- use data beyond the agreed purpose;
- access data without proper authority;
- resell, redistribute, or commercialise data without permission;
- create derivative datasets without authorisation;
- use data to train AI or machine learning models without explicit written permission.
4. Security testing
You must not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, network discovery, password cracking, load testing, or similar security testing without Caterlytix’s prior written consent.
5. Enforcement
Caterlytix may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where it reasonably believes this policy has been breached or where action is required to protect Trac, customers, partners, data subjects, or third-party systems.
